About us

Christian Fellowship Church Brisbane is an independent church. Our desire is to reflect the Lord Jesus Christ in our personal life and our family life, and to build a true representation of the Body of Christ in our locality, as taught in the following scriptures:

Now you are Christ’s body, and individually members of it. (1 Cor. 12:27)

…Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body. (Eph. 5:23)

Zac Poonen

About Zac Poonen

Zac Poonen is the apostle over Christian Fellowship Church Brisbane. He was formerly an Indian Naval Officer who has been serving the Lord in India for nearly 60 years as a Bible-teacher. He has responsibility for a number of churches around the world. He has written more than 25 books and numerous articles, which have been translated into many languages. Like the other elders in his churches, Zac Poonen also supports himself and his family through "tent-making" and does not receive any salary for his services. He does not receive any royalty for any of his books that are published by Christian Fellowship Church, Bangalore.

We meet in Wavell Heights. Please email us for the location if you are visiting. Some Sundays the church gathers elsewhere for a picnic.
